If work has not started, contact support so the unstarted portion can be reviewed for an eligible refund to the original payment method or store credit. Refunds are not provided solely because rankings, traffic, leads, indexation, metrics, or other SEO outcomes did not change as expected. If a delivered item does not meet an expressly purchased specification, contact support so it can be reviewed under the applicable product terms. Any replacement or live-link guarantee applies only when it is specifically stated for that product.

Standalone products fulfill the selected service and the instructions provided in the intake. They do not automatically include a backlink audit, competitor analysis, link-gap analysis, target and anchor mapping, sequencing, rank tracking, or ongoing performance management.
