How it Works

Single-location business, require at least 2 of following: (when a multiple-location business, we need this for the main location where the business is legally registered)
- LLC formation documents (Articles of Organization, etc.)
- State or local business license (even if it shows only the main address)
- Business insurance policy (in the business name)
- Tax filings (e.g., Schedule C, 1099s, business bank statements)
- EIN confirmation letter (if available)
For a multiple-location business (additional locations), we also need two of the following for the suspended location:
- Lease agreement in the business name with the location’s address
- Utility bills (electricity, water, internet, phone) in the business name and at the location
- DBA for the location
In both cases, we need photos of the location showing:
- Business name visible on signage or interior
- Street number or address
- Staff working or daily operations
- Work vehicles with business logo
This is a great question but unfortunately has more than one answer. There are uncontrollable circumstances that can cause the timeline to vary by quite a bit. MOST campaigns are recovered within 14 business days. When Google is going through a high volume of requests those same profiles can take up to 30 days to reinstate.Â
If you ran out of appeals, we can still help, but you could be looking at a longer turnaround time.
We sure can! Assuming your listing is eligible for our service, we can navigate around this problem. Please keep in mind that this does create a longer turnaround time as we have to circumvent the usual process.
